The AQ Maturity Assessment is a comprehensive assessment to examine any important conversation to identify opportunities to improve individual, team, and organization communication.

Each AQ Maturity Assessment is customized to your most important topic (leadership, sales, interviews, and more).

The assessment includes quantitative feedback regarding AQ effectiveness. Additionally, answers you can use in your next conversation (qualitative feedback) are also inventoried.

Participants receive a PDF report. Facilitators receive a summary of all answers to use in coaching, training, and consulting.
