Interview AQThe Interview AQ Assessment helped 150 Business Honors students at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) prepare for their next interview. The students completed a digital workbook, survey, and role playing. During the digital workbook students were asked to identify their #1 soft skill. Then they developed six answers that could be used in interviews. Students practiced their responses to important interview question by recording video responses, reviewing responses from their peers, and providing peer feedback. Finally, Dr. Glibkowski discussed results on campus during an invited presentation.
